• Device & Identity Signals (for anti-fraud and quote pre-fill): We may process technical signals such as user-agent tokens (including Meta WebView identifiers like FBAN/FB4A/Instagram), ASN/network classification, HTTP header fingerprints, and — where available — a non-identifying canvas or WebGL fingerprint used only to improve the accuracy of ZIP-code pre-fill across visits. These signals are processed server-side and are not sold to third parties.

• Microsoft Clarity (session replay & heatmaps). Project ID uuqr6vibpo. Clarity captures click, scroll, and typing behavior (with input masking on form fields) to help us improve UX. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
• EverFlow (affiliate attribution). SDK domain pvm75hjsg.com; tracking domains include sx9kb76f.com, bhmediatrack.com, and sn4mqm8trk.com. Stores _ef* values in sessionStorage and sub1–sub21 cookies for up to 30 days for attribution.
• Nemisense / RTKUpd (affiliate attribution). When traffic arrives via affiliate redirect domains, we receive click and transaction identifiers (_ef_transaction_id, rtkupdclickid) appended to the URL. These identifiers are stored alongside the quote request to attribute the lead to the originating affiliate for compensation purposes.
• Ringba (call tracking). When you tap a phone number on our site, Ringba generates a routing number and records metadata (caller number, call duration, the page that produced the click) for quality and compensation purposes.
• Jornaya LeadiD & TrustedForm (consent certification). Capture an independent, tamper-evident record of your consent to be contacted; retained up to 5 years to comply with TCPA.
• Honeybadger (error monitoring). Receives diagnostic information when the site encounters a JavaScript or server error.

Presence on this list is factual only — it is not an endorsement. We review all tracking vendors for compliance with applicable privacy law and update this list when vendors change.

5.6 Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Opt-Out Signals

We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal (Sec-GPC: 1) as a valid opt-out from the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under CCPA/CPRA and comparable state laws. When our servers detect the signal on an incoming request:

• Your browsing of the page is not blocked — core functionality (submitting a quote, receiving a callback) continues.
• We do not attempt to override or ignore the signal through side-channel tracking.

• Device & identity signals (raw): 180 days. Records in our BrowserSignals, SubnetStats, and AdaptiveUxExposures data stores — which hold only pseudonymous technical signals (no name, email, or phone) — are automatically purged by a nightly background job once older than 180 days.
• Aggregate learnings derived from those signals (e.g., our SignalProbabilities model weights) are retained indefinitely because they no longer reference any individual visitor.

When we action a deletion request, we permanently remove identifiable rows from our quote, funnel, pixel-event, error, call-event, visitor, and device-signal tables. Anonymized/aggregated statistics that cannot be re-linked to you may be retained.
